Did not receive a confirmation email when I placed the order so I was unsure if if the order had gone through properly. Part shipped the day after I ordered it. I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.
