Product Details

The Wiseco K662M8525AP is a high-performance forged piston set engineered specifically for turbocharged Mitsubishi 4G63 engines. This complete piston kit features an 85.25mm bore diameter and is designed to withstand the extreme pressures and temperatures of forced induction applications.

Key Features:

  • 85.25mm bore size for precise fitment in 4G63 turbo engines
  • Forged aluminum construction for maximum strength and durability
  • ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction and wear
  • Optimized compression height for proper engine geometry
  • Complete piston set includes pins, locks, and rings
  • Designed for high-boost turbo applications
  • Thermal expansion properties matched to performance builds

Wiseco pistons are precision-machined from aerospace-grade aluminum forgings and feature advanced design characteristics that make them ideal for high-horsepower turbo builds. The forged construction provides superior tensile strength compared to cast pistons, while the carefully engineered ring grooves and skirt profiles ensure optimal sealing and reduced friction. This piston set is a popular choice for Mitsubishi Evolution, Eclipse, Talon, and other 4G63-powered performance builds running elevated boost levels.
