Key Features:

• Premium ceramic friction material for longest wear life and ultra-low dust production
• OEM positive molding process ensures consistent friction material density and even wear throughout pad life
• 100% scorched for easy bed-in and fade-free stopping performance
• Mechanically attached, application-specific shims eliminate noise and vibration
• Precision cut backing plates ensure proper fitment in the caliper
• Stable friction performance across a wide temperature range
• 100% asbestos-free construction
• Includes shims and hardware where applicable

Posi Quiet brake pads utilize the same positive molding manufacturing process as original equipment suppliers, using extreme pressure to compress and bond the friction material to the backing plate. Each pad undergoes a scorching process that super-heats the surface to simulate initial break-in, removing uncured bonding agents and eliminating pad glazing for immediate, consistent performance right out of the box.
