Product Details

The Wiseco K447XS is a Professional Series forged piston set engineered for Chevrolet LS platform engines running a stock 3.622-inch stroke.

Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy, these pistons deliver the tensile strength required for naturally aspirated, boosted, and nitrous-fed builds. The strutted skirt design is engineered to run at as little as .004" piston-to-wall clearance, minimizing noise and rocking while maximizing skirt longevity.

Each K447XS kit includes the Wiseco GFX 1.2/1.2/3.0mm gas-nitrided positive-twist ring set — a steel top and Napier 2nd ring combination designed for optimal combustion seal and oil control. Compatible with LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, LS7, L92, and 6.0L LS-family engines using aftermarket connecting rods.

Good prices and easy ordering process (order #18003). The only issue that I had was after placing the order, completing the entire process, I received three emails stating that "We noticed that you started checking out on our site, but didn't quite finish the process". After calling customer service, they ensured me that the order was complete. Since then, I receive the same email(3 emails at a time) on a daily basis. Just a little annoying, but easy enough to delete.

Autoplicity had the best price on the Wiseco pistons I needed anywhere. Took a little longer to arrive than I expected but apparently that was due to the pistons being shipped directly from the factory. Otherwise a very good experience overall.
