Product Details

The TEIN SAP12-C9884 is an OEM-spec replacement bump rubber designed for use with TEIN coilover damper systems. Engineered for coilover piston rods with an outer diameter of 22mm (O.D. 22) and an inner diameter of 21.0mm, this bump stop measures 50mm in length (L50) and is intended for front suspension applications. It pairs directly with TEIN dust boot part number SAP24-M2628-1.

Bump rubbers play a critical role in suspension performance — they act as a secondary compression limiter, preventing metal-to-metal contact at full suspension travel while also softening the transition at the end of shock absorber stroke. Replacing worn or damaged bump stops restores proper suspension behavior and protects your coilover internals.

Key Features:

  • Direct OEM replacement for TEIN coilover systems
  • Fits piston rod outer diameter: 22mm (O.D. 22)
  • Inner diameter: 21.0mm
  • Bump rubber length: 50mm (L50)
  • Position: Front
  • Compatible with TEIN Medieval-Pro, Flex, Street Advance, Street Basis, MonoSport, and other TEIN damper series using 22mm piston rods
  • Pairs with TEIN dust boot SAP24-M2628-1
  • Manufactured and quality-controlled by TEIN, with R&D centers in Japan, USA, and China

This genuine TEIN replacement part ensures your suspension system continues to perform as designed. Whether you're performing routine maintenance or rebuilding a coilover kit, the SAP12-C9884 bump rubber is the correct factory-spec component for 22mm OD piston rod applications.
