Autoplicity had the best price on the item I wanted. Order process was a little odd. I didn't get any confirmation of my order being placed. So 2 days later I sent an email asking if they had received it. They answered me very quickly, sent me an order confirmation with tracking number, and it turns out my item had already shipped so I had it the next day. So ordered 5/1 and had it in my hand 5/4.

They are going to charge me a restocking fee of 15% Even when my product did not fall under their conditions. This is crap. False advertisement. I was ok with paying all the extra shipping fees which will be about the amount of the product when it was all said and done. So mad don't think I'm gonna mess with this company anymore. They don't practice what they preach. Autoplicity had the best price on the part I wanted. It was shipped fast directly from the manufacturer. When I opened the box, there were some cosmetic blemishes, so I called Autoplicity at 6pm EST. Rob immediately answered the phone, looked at the pictures I sent him through e-mail, then forwarded the pictures to a representative at the manufacturer. Rob then called me back and gave me the name, phone number and extension of the person I needed to speak to. After giving my information to that person, a pre-paid return label was e-mailed to me from the manufacturer, and that same week, I had the replacement part in my possession. Great customer service!
