I ordered these tires for my sons truck and then received an email stating that they couldn't fulfill the order. I then emailed them with my concern and they apologized and more or less said they would check it out. Before anyone got back with me about my refund I received an emailed that the tires were being delivered. Then the delivery truck was in my driveway with my purchase a day earlier than I was originally expected. I was very excited because the tires were a Christmas gift. Santa pulled this one off!! This was my first purchase from Autoplicity, I bought a HyperTech tuner for my truck, they had absolutely the lowest price of anywhere I looked by far. Only thing I could fault them on is that it took 3 days for the product to ship, a little bit long I feel for something that was in stock, but Ill overlook it since it was such a great price.

I ordered a water pump from them and that Amazon was advertising as a Chrome pump. When I discovered it was not chrome, I asked to cancel the order which was prior to shipping notification. I was told by customer service it had already been sent and I would have to wait until the item was sent for a return to be processed. The return was sent back and all money was credited to my account as promised.
