Product Details

The Cometic EX781 is a high-performance exhaust gasket engineered with advanced graphite and spiral wound construction for superior sealing under extreme exhaust conditions. This premium gasket design combines the conformability of flexible graphite with the strength and resilience of a stainless steel spiral wound core, making it ideal for high-temperature exhaust applications.

Key Features:

  • Graphite and spiral wound construction for maximum heat resistance and durability
  • Excellent conformability to imperfect sealing surfaces
  • Superior resistance to thermal cycling and exhaust gas blow-out
  • Stainless steel inner core provides structural integrity under high-stress conditions
  • Suitable for high-performance and racing applications
  • Maintains sealing integrity in extreme temperature environments

Cometic gaskets are precision-manufactured to OEM specifications or better, ensuring reliable sealing performance and long service life. The spiral wound design allows the gasket to compress and recover, maintaining a consistent seal even as exhaust components expand and contract with temperature changes.
