Cometic C4157-030 MLS Cylinder Head Gasket Bore Mitsubishi - 85mm 4G63T

The Cometic C4157-030 is a high-performance Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered specifically for the Mitsubishi 4G63T turbocharged engine found in Evolution models 4 through 8. This precision-manufactured gasket features an 85mm bore diameter and .030" (0.76mm) compressed thickness, making it ideal for both stock rebuilds and performance applications.

Key Specifications:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) construction for superior sealing and durability
• 85mm bore diameter optimized for 4G63T DOHC engines
• .030" compressed thickness provides reliable compression sealing
• Designed specifically for Mitsubishi Evolution 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 models
• Embossed stainless steel outer layers with elastomeric coating
• Resists blown gaskets under high boost and extreme cylinder pressures

Cometic's MLS head gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with advanced coating technology to create a gasket that conforms to irregular sealing surfaces while maintaining superior torque retention. The .030" thickness makes this gasket suitable for performance builds requiring slightly increased compression or decked block/head surfaces. Compatible exclusively with DOHC (dual overhead cam) 4G63T engines as found in Evo 4-8 models?not compatible with earlier DSM or single-cam variants.
