So far so good, shopping on this site was a breeze.

I tried to order one of these turbos for 2 weeks, every where I refer them from were out of stock, before coming across Autoplicity during a online search. The price was excellent, much lower than competitors. So I figured I'd take a chance, since they said they had 2 in stock and I had never heard of them before. I placed the order on a Saturday. I called Monday morning to ask if the turbo was in stock and when it may shipped. The helpful woman I spoke to told me she would email the warehouse and have them email me back. 1.5 hours later I got an email from the warehouse stating they were in stock and mine is shipping today, along with a tracking number. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I will be ordering from Autoplicity again. A+
