Product Details

The Cusco HY1 540 A is an OS-Type front strut tower brace designed to improve chassis rigidity and handling performance. This strut brace features Cusco's signature oval-section aluminum shaft construction with a high-polish finish and iconic Cusco blue end plates for a distinctive appearance.

Key Features:

  • OS-Type design with oval tubular aluminum shaft for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
  • Signature Cusco blue powder-coated end plates
  • Reduces chassis flex during cornering and hard acceleration
  • Improves steering response and handling precision
  • Bolt-on installation with all necessary mounting hardware included
  • High-polish aluminum finish for a premium look

Strut tower braces work by connecting the strut towers across the engine bay, preventing them from flexing independently under load. This results in more predictable handling, improved cornering stability, and better steering feedback. The Cusco OS-Type strut brace is one of the brand's most popular chassis reinforcement products, combining proven performance with attractive styling.
