Delivery, packaging - great! I am not as fast as their delivery, so while the appearance of the aftermarket part looks slightly different, I haven't discovered if it is a worthy oem replacement or not. But, i feel confident i will not have any issues returning it.

I ordered this product and Wednesday in the morning and it was on my door step Thursday morning with regular shipping. The ordering process was super easy and the price was $35 cheaper than any other online retailer. The Rack is awesome, easy to assemble took me about 20 minutes by myself, put on my jeep hooked up the bikes and off I went, fantastic design, I highly recommend the Rola NV2 bike rack and highly recommend Autoplicity
