Rancho Suspension RS999767 Rancho Rs999767 Rs9000xl Series Shock

The part was advertised as Goodyear but Goodyear sold or divested its interest in Gatorback belts to Continental. The belt I received was a Continental Elite Poly-V Belt which is the same as the Goodyear Gatorback belt. Autoplicity needs to update its website. I contacted Autoplicity after placing the order when I found on another website that Goodyear no longer makes Gatorback and asked what belt I was going to be sent. Justine O, a Senior Production Specialist directed me to the generic Goodyear website which had nothing about Gatorback belts because they no longer make Gatorback belts... thank you Justine O, Senior Production Specialist for absolutely nothing! Bottom line, Autoplicity may, or may not have what you want... but one thing is for certain, their customer service is as useless as every other customer service you have ever dealt with!!!

Everything was good except the delivery. I purchased exhaust pipes. Each were shipped with only cellophane wrapped around the ends. No over pack of any kind witch is fine, Each of the pieces were bent and malformed on the ends. Until I beat on them with a hammer to try to straighten them I could not use them. I got a cargo box from autoplicity. As far as online purchases go to delivery, everything went perfectly. The only comment I have for Autoplicity would be to send out a confirmation email when the purchase is first made. The first communication wasn't until 3 days after I made the purchase.
