Product Details

The Manley 632600CB-1 is a high-performance Platinum Series forged piston designed for the FA20 engine found in the Subaru BRZ, Scion FR-S, and Toyota GT86. Manufactured from high-strength domestic 2618 alloy forgings, this piston delivers superior strength and durability for demanding performance applications.

Key Specifications:

  • 86.00mm bore diameter with 1.285 inch compression height
  • 10:1 compression ratio with dish design
  • Grade B bore specification with piston-to-wall clearance range of .0023" to .0031"
  • Weight: 329 grams
  • Recommended piston clearance: .003" for mildly boosted and .0035" for highly boosted engines, measured .850" from the bottom of the oil ring groove

  • Moly coated skirts for reduced friction and enhanced durability
  • Cam and barrel skirt profiles that generate substantial power while being gentle on cylinder walls
  • Offset wrist pin design for quiet start-ups and perfect ring groove to skirt squareness achieved through unique one-fixturing manufacturing
  • Will accommodate +1mm oversized valve sizes
  • Pressure balance groove for improved performance

Complete Kit Includes:

  • One forged piston
  • Premium chrome moly wrist pin
  • Premium steel top ring with Napier style second ring from Total Seal
  • Round wire locks

Important: These pistons feature skirt diameters that correspond to OEM Grade A or B bores. Check the bore grades stamped on the top of your engine block and order the appropriate grade pistons accordingly. This piston is sold individually, not as a set.
