Metra GMAMP01 GM OEM Radio Add-A-Amp Amplifier Integration Wiring Harness

The Metra GMAMP01 is a factory amplifier integration wiring harness engineered to simplify the process of adding an aftermarket amplifier to select GM vehicles equipped with OEM radios. This plug-and-play harness eliminates the need for cutting or splicing factory wiring, preserving the integrity of your vehicle's original electrical system.

Key Features:

• Plug-and-play design — connects directly to the factory radio connectors with no wire cutting required
• Color-coded wires on the aftermarket side for straightforward connection or soldering to an amplifier or receiver
• Designed for GM full-size trucks and SUVs (1999–2002 model years)
• Allows seamless integration between the vehicle's factory amplifier and aftermarket audio equipment
• Maintains factory sound quality and OEM amplifier functionality
• Compact harness design for clean, professional-looking installations

The GMAMP01 features a dual-sided design: one end plugs directly into the GM vehicle's original radio connector, while the other end provides color-coded wires for quick and easy connection to your aftermarket amplifier or audio source. This eliminates the guesswork and risk associated with cutting into factory wiring. Note that additional components such as a dash kit or antenna adapter may be required to complete your installation.
