I was hesitant to order from Autoplicity due to the perception that the price was too good to be real (and not some scam). However, I read a few reviews on the internet and decided to take a chance. Once I placed my order I was sent a tracking number and received my car parts within 2 weeks. I was happy that I got the parts I ordered and the price was really low. Simple and quick.

03/21 Ordered a Fluidampr, cheapest price I could find, and I looked. 03/21 Support sends email stated this item will be shipping directly from the manufacturer and takes about 1-3 business days to process and ship directly to you. 03/22 I sent Snippings from the website showing “Live in-stock inventory” and from the parts description “7 available”. I asked, When will it be delivered? 03/22 Support sends Auto Response with Ticket ID. 03/24 Support sends email stated approximate updated ship date is 04/05. 03/24 Specialorders sends email confirmed Support’s email with updated ship date 04/05 03/24 Support sends email states ETA of 04/05. 03/27 Shipping sends email states my order shipped. 03/28 I received my order 2:34 PM. Order was shipped UPS ground for free. Order arrived in 8 days not the 16 promised with a Good Friday and a Easter holiday during shipping time. So these guys have an Integrity issue with their website, they are a little dysfunctional, but they were in constant contact, delivered what I ordered on time. Would I order from Autoplicity again? Answer: Yes
